Features

Compact and Powerful Glass Manipulator

The Wirth GL-CC600 glass manipulator is designed for installing flat glass panels up to 600 kg. It is radio-controlled and compatible with any type of truck-mounted crane. The system allows for extremely precise handling for professional-level glass installation.

Movement Capabilities

  • Electric rotation up to 360°

  • Hydraulic tilting up to 120°

  • Electric horizontal tilting up to 35°

Dual Vacuum System for Enhanced Safety

The vacuum is generated by a pump powered by a high-capacity battery. The GL-CC600 features a dual vacuum system by default, including:

  • check valve

  • vacuum reservoir

  • pressure regulator

  • vacuum gauge

  • suction pads

The two circuits are clearly marked in blue and red. Only when both vacuum tanks have sufficient vacuum is the lifter ready for use. Real-time vacuum levels are shown via two gauges.

Key Features

  • 2 independent vacuum circuits with dual safety

  • Integrated vacuum reservoirs

  • Built-in monitoring for vacuum and power supply

  • Visual and audible warnings in case of deviation

  • Powered by a 24V rechargeable battery

  • Complies with DIN EN 13155

C-hook 750

What is a C-hook?

A C-hook is a lifting device in the shape of the letter “C,” designed for safely and efficiently lifting loads such as glass plates, metal coils or other heavy objects. The design allows for lifting loads in situations with limited space or obstacles, such as roof overhangs or facades.

Applications of C-hooks

  • Glass installation:
C-hooks are often used in combination with vacuum lifters to hoist glass panes over obstacles and precisely position them during façade installation.

  • Coil handling:
In industrial environments, C-hooks are used to transport metal coils.

  • Limited space:
Due to their shape, C-hooks are ideal for use in restricted areas where traditional lifting gear cannot fit.

Features

  • Shape:
The C-shape allows for lifting without the hook obstructing the load.

  • Capacity:
C-hooks are available in various capacities, ranging from a few hundred kilograms to several tons, depending on the model and manufacturer.

  • Material:
Typically made from high-grade steel for strength and durability.
